Frank LaGuarina is a Co-Founder of Victory Home Remodeling, where he focuses on driving the strategic, operational, and financial efficiency that allows the company to grow and scale while maintaining the high standard of experience delivered to its customers.

His work centers on ensuring the organization can capture opportunities for expansion while preserving the quality, culture, and discipline that have defined Victory’s success.

Frank began his career shortly after graduating college, spending a year working on a farm during the day while serving at the River Grill in the evenings. That early experience instilled the work ethic and resilience that continue to shape his leadership approach today. He later joined Power Home Remodeling, where he spent approximately five years developing his skills in the home improvement industry before co-founding Victory Home Remodeling in 2019.

Several pivotal experiences helped shape Frank’s leadership philosophy. Working on a farm reinforced the value of discipline, consistency, and earning results through hard work. His experience as a sales manager strengthened his understanding of leadership and team development, and founding Victory provided the opportunity to apply those lessons while building a company grounded in strong culture and shared ownership.

Two core principles guide Frank’s leadership approach. The first is to expect to win by setting a high standard for performance and accountability. The second is the belief that people do not care what you know until they know that you care. Frank believes leaders must be authentic and demonstrate genuine commitment to the people they work alongside. A mindset that often guides his decisions is the idea that when you find yourself aligned with the majority, it is often time to pause and reflect.

Professionally, Frank is most proud of several milestones that reflect Victory’s broader impact. These include helping establish the Victory Foundation, successfully proving out the company’s expansion model as the organization has grown to operate across multiple states, and creating a workplace environment that supports not only professional and financial growth, but personal development as well.

What excites Frank most about Victory’s mission is the opportunity to build something that creates positive impact from the inside out. Victory is committed to developing its people within the organization so they can go on to contribute to the communities around them. He believes the company’s culture creates an environment where individuals are consistently surrounded by positivity, progress, and opportunities for growth. In a world often filled with distraction and competing priorities, Victory’s culture provides the tools for both professional success and personal development.

Outside of work, Frank’s greatest passion is spending time with his family, especially his wife and children. He also enjoys golfing whenever he can find time on the course.
