Bill Winters is the Chief Executive Officer of Victory Home Remodeling, the nation’s 42nd largest remodeling brand, where he focuses on building the people and systems that allow the company to grow while staying true to the culture that fueled its early success.

He spends much of his time developing leaders, aligning teams around clear goals, and raising the standard for what a home remodeling company can be for both its customers and its employees. Bill is responsible for the company’s overall vision, strategy, and growth, including leadership development, expansion into new markets, and ensuring teams across the organization have the resources and alignment needed to perform at a high level. His role centers on helping the organization scale while continuing to develop exceptional people and protect the culture that makes Victory unique.

Over the past several years, Bill has helped guide Victory through a period of remarkable growth. What began as a regional remodeling company has grown into one of the largest home remodeling companies in the United States, surpassing one hundred million dollars in annual revenue in just six years while earning multiple national workplace and industry recognitions. While the growth has been significant, Bill is most proud of the leadership team and culture that have been built along the way. Much of that growth has been driven by a strong focus on developing leaders from within, creating pathways for individuals to grow their careers while contributing to the company’s continued expansion.

Bill began his career knocking on doors in business-to-business sales for ADP. Early success established him as one of the company’s top performers and led to a series of leadership roles including Vice President of Sales, Vice President of Worldwide Sales and Marketing, Head of Training and Development, and Division Vice President. In those roles, the teams he led consistently ranked among the organization’s leaders in annual growth while also developing and promoting new leaders across the business. Those experiences reinforced his belief that building great people is the foundation for building great companies.

Several experiences shaped how Bill leads today. Learning the business from the field instilled the value of resilience, work ethic, and earning trust with customers, while participating in rapidly growing organizations reinforced that leadership is less about having all the answers and more about building teams that can solve problems and lead themselves. Over the past decade, a strong commitment to personal development has also shaped how he approaches leadership and the responsibility leaders have to invest in others.

Bill’s leadership philosophy is simple: build great people and a great company will follow. He believes leaders should create environments where individuals can grow, take ownership, and become the best versions of themselves. Two principles guide how he leads. The first is ownership, approaching every role with the mindset of an owner and taking full responsibility for results and impact. The second is consistency, recognizing that culture and performance are built through the small actions repeated every day.

What excites Bill most about Victory’s mission is the opportunity to build something that creates real opportunities for others. As the company continues expanding into new markets and developing the next generation of leaders, he believes the organization is still early in its journey and building toward something much bigger.Outside of work, Bill’s greatest passion is spending time with his wife Megan and their five children. Much of their time together revolves around family, sports, and staying active. He also enjoys running, exercising, reading, and continuing to learn, particularly in the areas of personal development and mindset.
