Campus & Community Event Representative
We have a wide variety of volunteer opportunities at University-wide events and programs, such as admissions events for potential new students, alumni events, career networking events, and more. Alumni who volunteer at these events can work with various aspects of the event from check-in, and set-up to speaking to families and sharing their stories and FDU experience.
Alumni Panels – Career, Professional, Mentoring, Academic
Many of our campus departments and services offer programs that feature alumni panels, mentors and presenters. We are always looking for alumni in a variety of areas of expertise to serve as members of the panels, speak to a class, or lead a presentation.

Alumni Club & Chapter Membership/Leadership
Reflecting diverse interests and backgrounds, our alumni chapters and affinity groups—people connected by a common interest or goal—help to strengthen FDU, while providing personal and professional networking opportunities for members. Each chapter or group is led by alumni volunteers with support and guidance from the Office of Alumni Relations.
Alumni Association Board of Governors Member
Members of the Board of Governors of the Fairleigh Dickinson University Alumni Association work in close partnership with alumni relations and development staff members on a variety of key activities, including programming, communications, and outreach to alumni and current students. Service on the alumni board is a great way to make an impact on the University and the lives of current students and fellow alumni.
