Alumni Association Awards Nomination Form

Fairleigh Dickinson University Alumni Association

The Fairleigh Dickinson University Alumni Association recognizes outstanding alumni, friends, faculty, and staff who have given distinguished service to Fairleigh Dickinson University and the larger community. Nominations will be reviewed by the Awards Committee, comprised of members of the Alumni Association Board of Governors. Current members of the Alumni Association Board of Governors are not eligible to be nominated. Members of the Awards Committee will select the recipients of the annual awards.

Nomination forms must be completed and all supporting documents must be received by the Fairleigh Dickinson University Office of Alumni Relations by January 30, 2026. Nomination forms that are incomplete or lack the necessary supporting documents may not be considered by the Awards Committee.
