What is 42 Hours of Giving?
It's a university-wide giving event with the purpose of putting students first. From October 25-26, we're asking you — FDU alumni, friends, faculty, staff, students and parents — to join us in support of students. 42 Hours of Giving is all about participation, so please give as generously as you can.
How Can My Gift Be Counted Toward Giving Day?
All gifts made on October 25-26 count toward the 42 Hours of Giving campaign. Click here to make your gift.
The 42 Hours of Giving Has Passed, Can I Still Support the Students and FDU?
Yes, you can still support FDU students. You can still make your gift online.
Can Anyone Participate in Giving Day?
Absolutely! Support from everyone in the FDU community (alumni, students, faculty, staff, friends and family members) counts.
Where Does My Gift Go?
To the area of the University that means the most to you! You may designate your gift to an academic program, student scholarship, student emergency fund, athletics, or any of our many other funds. You can see all of our causes here. Don't see what you want to support? Select any cause and in the designation fields select "Other" and type in your desired fund. We'll make sure your gift goes to the area of your choosing.
How Can I Help Spread The Word?
Your voice makes our 42 Hours of Giving a success. Post about our 42 Hours of Giving celebration on your social networks using #FDU42Hours. Share why you gave and encourage others to join you in supporting FDU.
Will My Gift Be Tax-Deductible Eligible?
