MEET THE PANELISTS

Co-Founder, Special Advisor, and Board Member, CompoSecure
Panelist

Michele Logan is a third-generation entrepreneur committed to improving lives through education and opportunity. She brings more than 25 years of business management experience to each cause she supports.

Michele co-founded CompoSecure, a pioneer in the secure identification and credit card manufacturing industry. The CompoSecure team combines science and art to offer clients innovative products that leverage leading-edge material science and engineering capabilities. These specialty cards comprised of metal and other unique materials differentiate clients’ brands for their affluent customer base, elevating the traditional transaction to an enhanced cardholder experience.

As of December of 2021, CompoSecure has been listed on the NASDAQ stock exchange. Michele continues as a Special Advisor and Board Director. Michele served as Executive Chairman from 2017-2021, CEO from 2012 to 2017, and Vice President and General Manager from 2002 to 2012. Prior to founding CompoSecure, Michele began her career as a computer programmer analyst at Prudential Insurance Company. Ms. Logan graduated from Boston University with a B.A. in Computer Science, and a minor in Business Administration. Michele holds an M.B.A. in Industrial Management from FDU.  

A lifelong resident of New Jersey and a champion for its economic viability, Michele is devoted to working with local organizations to provide opportunities to underserved populations and improving wellbeing through access to healthy food. Since stepping down from day-to-day operations at her company, Michele has been building the infrastructure for a Regenerative Permaculture farm, which combines land conservation, forestry management, agroforestry, water management, and a high standard for the treatment of farm employees and livestock alike.

Allie Sharkey is the Founder + Creator of Ms.Morristown, LLC a hyper-local lifestyle account focused on the rapidly growing and evolving town of Morristown, NJ. What started as a blog for fun and a passion for supporting local businesses; quickly turned into a fast-growing community within a community built exclusively through her Instagram account @Ms.Morristown. 

Featuring everything from restaurants to workouts, business development to volunteer opportunities; Ms. Morristown, LLC is a lifestyle brand for all things Morristown, NJ. Being hyper-local, Ms. Morristown provides targeted social media consulting and advertising to help businesses grow and succeed within the local market and beyond. She has built a loyal and engaged following that reaches out daily for insights, recommendations and to find out what’s happening. 

Giving back and supporting local are extremely important and in her spare time Ms. Morristown helps give back by serving on the Regional Board for Big Brothers Big Sisters and as a board member of the Morristown Women in Business. She lives in Morristown (of course) and is currently renovating and designing her first home.

Hope Field is the Senior Manager of National Partnerships for The Coca-Cola Company Public Policy & Government Affairs team. In her role, she fosters partnerships with political and advocacy organizations to position The Coca-Cola Company as a policy thought leader. She is responsible for the activation of events to ensure company policy positions and initiatives are amplified with key national groups.

Previously, Hope held the position of Senior Manager of Latin Affairs, where she served as a national spokeswoman. She managed the company’s efforts to strengthen relationships across the East Coast (including Puerto Rico), focusing on the U.S. Hispanic community. She established and developed the execution of local, regional, and national strategies that positioned the company as the leading corporate citizen.

Ms. Field is a professional with over seventeen years of experience and success in partnerships, relationship building, corporate and social responsibility, stakeholder management, external engagement and public relations in diverse industries. Throughout her career Hope has served as a connector between public, private, and nonprofit entities, and an advocate to empower business communities.

Prior to joining The Coca-Cola Company, she held the position of Director of Private-Public Partnerships for South South News, a 21st century media platform dedicated to covering the stories of global development from the United Nations, governments, the private sector and civil society. Launched during the 60th Session of the United Nations High Level Committee on South-South Cooperation to advance implementation and progress of sustainable development objective. She created partnerships and fostered relationships with high level government officials, permanent representatives to the United Nations, senior United Nations officials, civil society, non-governmental organizations, and private stakeholders and lead the planning of high-level events and meetings pertaining to global development in the United States and in China. She also worked at HopeSeasons, LLC; Blackrock, Inc.; GTS Consultants, Inc; and Cendant Corporation.

Ms. Field’s community service involvement is one of her passions. Currently, she is the Corporate Advisory Council Chairwoman and Immediate Past Chairwoman for the Morris County Hispanic-American Chamber of Commerce, where she is successfully building and advancing local, national, and international partnerships with business owners, professionals, philanthropic institutions, diversity organizations, corporations and other chambers. She is also proud to serve on the United States Hispanic Chamber of Commerce’s Senior Executive Corporate Advisory Board.

She was named 2020 "Latinos 40 Under 40 New York" and received the Rising Star Award by NegociosNow and is ranked in 2020/2021 NJ Latino Index Top 100. As a graduate from Fairleigh Dickinson University with a M.A. in Organizational Behavior and a B.A. in Psychology and Business, Ms. Field is President of the Fairleigh Dickinson University Young Alumni Association where she was awarded as the Volunteer of the Year and continues to lead a reputable group of professionals. Additionally, she is a Sister of the Delta Phi Epsilon Sorority & Alumni.

In addition to her experience, she is certified from the Non-Profit Executive Program, University of Notre Dame Mendoza College of Business in Personal and Organizational Branding. She graduated as a Young Hispanic Corporate Achiever (YHCA) from Hispanic Association on Corporate Responsibility (HACR). Hope is bilingual and multicultural. She has done extensive international travel including studying abroad in Mexico and Wroxton University in England. Hope’s volunteerism includes helping the less fortunate in the West Virginia Appalachian Mountains and Katrina victims in New Orleans, and Dress for Success. Among her major accomplishments include winning Miss Congeniality as a state finalist in the Miss New Jersey USA Pageant and hosting of the bilingual television show Mi Casa es su Casa. Hope brings together the fresh perspective of her generation and entrepreneurial spirit that she learned growing up with a family of self-starters.

Evelyn Lozano is a Sheriff's Officer with the Union County Sheriff's Office with 10 years of Law Enforcement experience. She specializes in Defensive Tactics and Baton Training at the John H. Stamler Police Academy, she participates in Community Outreach Programs with agencies such as the YWCA, and is the Director of Public Relations for the Young Alumni Association.   

By focusing on Police Academy training, Evelyn has been able to put her Bachelors degree in Criminal Justice, and Masters degree in Public Administration she earned at Fairleigh Dickinson University to good use. Over the years, Evelyn's strengths and experience has garnered recognition by the Rahway Police Department for excellent performance earning Unit Citation Awards in 2013 and 2014. Evelyn may spend her days in Union County, but its training recruits, and helping the community that she is passionate about and gets her up in the morning.

When she is not at the Sheriff's Department, Evelyn maintains active by going to the gym to work out and loves spending time with her family, her loved ones, and playing with her dog Pancho.
